Rachel Glerup fell in love with DanceFit cardio fitness by attending Jamie's class. She now teaches DanceFit for early birds at 6am on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
Vanessa Mauch began practicing hot yoga in Portland in 2012 as a way to improve her fitness after the birth of her first child. Initially drawn to yoga for its physicality she was pleasantly surprised by the positive changes in her mental and emotional health. Four years and two more children later, Vanessa’s family relocated to Albany, Oregon and she tried her first Baptiste Power Yoga class. She was instantly hooked! The Baptiste style provided a mental & physical challenge that allowed her to be powerful and vulnerable at the same time. Vanessa felt inspired and in Spring 2018, she completed the 200-hour Be Bold Teacher Training at Willamette Valley Power Yoga, a Baptiste-Affiliate Studio. Vanessa has completed other Baptiste Programs including Being of Power, Advanced Art of Assisting, True North Alignment and she is looking to attend Baptiste Level One Training in 2019.
Vanessa’s teaching style is supportive and empowering while encouraging her students to explore possibility in their practice. When she’s not teaching yoga, you might find Vanessa at a yoga workshop (especially if it’s based on arm balances or inversions), discovering new Central Oregon favorites with her husband and 3 children or drinking tea while enjoying a good book.

Jamie Flanagan fell in love with Zumba® in the spring of 2012. After loosing over 30lbs, she decided teaching was the next step. She's been paying it forward ever since. Her class is now called DanceFit. It is similar to Zumba, with less latin music and more hip hop/pop music. No doubt you will leave with a smile on your face!
Lindsey Beltran has been teaching Zumba® fitness classes for over 9 years. Lindsey's classes are easy-to-follow, high energy and loads of fun. Her enthusiasm & energy is infectious. Join Lindsey for an hour of exercise in disguise.
Rose Miller has loved dancing and teaching for over 30 years. She was a professional and competitive Hawaiian and Tahitian dancer and the class infuses the dances of the Islands, including Hawaii, Tahiti and the Carribean. She partners with Nastassia Miller, her daughter in-law, who also danced professionally and competitively as a Salsa dancer Internationally. Nastassia has a BA in dance from Western Oregon University. Together they will share their love for dance and music with Central Oregon.
